“The Pinnacle” | Sintra, Portugal
Reaching for new grounds, new opportunities, new cycles. Rather than struggling for the peak, and running out of oxygen amidst the rush, perhaps it’s better to sit and just contemplate, learning its ways and its mysteries, until your eyes and soul can be at peace with it, and finally be it.

My first trip to the amazing and fortunately difficult to reach Praia da Ursa. This place has been voted by a renown magazine as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and I have to agree. Even though the weather wasn’t good at all for photography, this place just left me astounded with it’s sheer energy and power. Not easy at all to shoot this place under harsh light conditions, so I had to resort to different angles, and play with the available light. This was a tricky image to properly expose, but the ND filters made it possible.
